Cook pasta as directed on packet. In a medium pot, sauté peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic for 2 minutes until soft. Reduce the heat & stir in the cream. Add Greene Farm Torn Cajun Chicken, season with salt and a twist of pepper.
In a large bowl, add the sauce to the pasta and toss together.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and freshly chopped basil.
