Asian Beef Noodle Salad

This recipe is GLUTEN FREE.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 1 packet Greene Farm Hand Prepared Beef Slices, cut into strips
  • 200g rice noodles
  • 2 Persian cucumbers
  • 2 small carrots
  • 5 radishes
  • 2/3 spring onions, chopped

For the Asian dressing:

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp crushed peanuts


  • Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse and set aside.
  • Make the dressing: place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix.
  • Slice the carrots, cucumbers and radishes using a mandoline.
  • Transfer the noodles to a large mixing bowl. Add the vegetables, Greene Farm Hand Prepared Beef Slices, spring onions and pour the dressing. Toss to combine.
  • Divide into two salad plates, top with crushed peanuts and enjoy.
